First Australian to row the North Atlantic ocean

THE ATLANTIC ROW

98 days at sea, in a little wooden row boat.

On May 20th, 2015, Peter Fletcher (having never rowed a day in his life) pushed off from New York, USA with the aim of rowing over 3000 nautical miles across the North Atlantic Ocean in hope of reaching London, UK

Peter's rowing partner and friend Tom Hudson, from the UK (who conveniently had also rarely rowed before) said the adventure was to re-ignite a passion for adventure and to experience the wonder of existence.

Neither man knew just how hard this incredible feat would be to achieve, and neither did they realise just how close they would come to not making it home to tell the story.’
